Where will my FriendshipCollar ship from?

We will dispatch your FriendshipCollar to you from our UK warehouse. We will send you an email complete with tracking information once your FriendshipCollar has been shipped.

Do you have a coupon code or discount?

Discount codes are featured on special occasions! These will be advertised on our social media pages so add us on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook to be in the know!

I have placed my order but..

I made a mistake with my order, shipping address or billing address, can this be changed?

We work very quickly to send out orders, once orders have been processed we are unable to make any changes.

When will my order arrive?
Our shipping times vary. Please see our guide of estimated shipping times for further information.
How can I track my order?

Your tracking information will be emailed out to you once your product has been shipped.

I received my FriendshipCollar and...

I can't find the matching bracelet.

Our FriendshipCollars are sold as a set, a collar packaged together with a matching bracelet. If you open up the product you will find that the bracelet is wrapped very neatly together inside the collar, with gold tags tying them together.

I want to exchange my FriendshipCollar for a different size.

We can happily exchange your FriendshipCollar for a different size that is more comfortable for your pooch.

However we are not able to change it for a different design.

Please return the COMPLETE FRIENDSHIPCOLLAR SET (Collar & Bracelet) in the packaging along with the PACKING LIST included with your order to the address below.

Please write EXCHANGE on the paperwork along with the size you would like to exchange your FriendshipCollar for.

We can only accept returns or exchanges that have bought on FriendshipCollar.com, We can not accept exchanges that have been ordered from other stores or stockists.

We can’t wait to see you wearing your matching accessories soon!

I would like to return my FriendshipCollar.

We hope that you and your pet love your FriendshipCollar purchase however we guarantee to refund any item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with – providing you return it to us in a saleable condition – by post within 7 days of receipt.

You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost.

Please return the COMPLETE FRIENDSHIPCOLLAR SET (Collar & Bracelet) in the packaging along with the PACKING LIST included with your order to the address below.

Please write RETURN on the paperwork.

We can only accept returns or exchanges that have bought on FriendshipCollar.com, We can not accept returns that have been ordered from other stores or stockists.

RefuNds will be credited to your original method of payment. Your refund amount will exclude shipping costs.

Please also note that items must be returned with all of the packaging intact.

We will notify you when we have received your return and we aim to process refunds within 5 working days and funds can take up to 10 days to be credited to your card.
