We offer a FREE tracked shipping service for all orders over £40.

What happens next?

We work really quickly to get your order picked and packed and ready to ship out to you. During this time your FriendshipCollar parcel will be sealed shut and labeled up, so we cannot make any changes to your order once it has been submitted. We aim to dispatch your order the same day or the following business day. We do not send parcels on weekends, so any orders placed on a Friday will ship the following Monday.

Tracking your parcel

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email along with your tracking number. You can easily follow your FriendshipCollar on it’s way to you and your bestie! You will be given an estimated arrival date, so your pooch can get ready to bark at the postman when it is delivered!

When can you and your BFF expect your matching accessories?

All orders within the UK should arrive within 2-5 working days. Please remember the postal service are not open on public holidays.
